This Shipping Policy explains how Bravko LLC delivers orders placed on bravkollc.com. Orders placed through Amazon are shipped under Amazon’s delivery terms (including Fulfilled by Amazon where shown on the listing).

1. Where We Ship

We ship within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not currently ship internationally from this Site.

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US public holidays).
  • Orders placed after 2:00 pm CT are processed the next business day.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.

3. Delivery Times and Costs

  • Standard shipping: 3–5 business days. Cost is calculated at checkout based on the item and destination; any free-shipping offer shown on the product page or at checkout will be applied automatically.
  • Expedited shipping: 2 business days, where offered at checkout.
  • Delivery times are estimates from the carrier and may vary during peak periods or due to events outside our control.

4. Carriers

We ship with trusted carriers including UPS, FedEx, USPS, and Amazon Logistics. The carrier for your order is confirmed in your shipping email.

5. Tracking

Every shipped order includes tracking. If your tracking has not updated for more than 5 business days, contact us and we will follow up with the carrier for you.

6. Incorrect Address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect address provided by the customer, but we will always help where we can.

7. Damaged in Transit

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please keep the packaging and contact us within 7 days at info@bravkollc.com with photos if possible. We will arrange a replacement or refund under our Refund & Returns Policy.
